This Privacy Policy explains how Inka's Screen Printing LLC, doing business as Inkas Promo ("Inkas Promo," "we," "us"), collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit www.inkaspromo.com, place an order, or contact us.
Inkas Promo is a Deaf-owned custom apparel and promotional products company based in Austin, Texas. We sell to customers in the United States only. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us and information collected automatically when you use our site.
Information you give us
- Contact details: name, email, phone number, organization or school name.
- Order details: billing and shipping addresses, products, sizes, colors, and names or numbers to be printed on items.
- Artwork and files: logos, designs, photos and other files you upload or send for your order.
- Messages: anything you send us by email, text, live chat (Shopify Inbox), or ASL video message.
- Payment details: processed by Shopify Payments. We do not see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, and pages you view.
- How you got to our site and how you use it, collected through cookies and similar tools (see "Cookies, pixels and analytics" below).
How we use your information
We use your information to run our business and serve you. This includes:
- Preparing quotes, mock-ups and proofs, and producing and shipping your order.
- Processing payments, refunds and invoices.
- Answering your questions and providing customer support.
- Sending order updates, tracking numbers and artwork approvals.
- Saving your artwork and order history so you can reorder easily.
- Sending marketing emails and texts, only if you opt in.
- Improving our website, products and advertising.
- Preventing fraud and meeting our legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
How we share your information
We share only what is needed to complete your order or run our business:
- Production partners and suppliers: we work with trusted decorators, printers and product suppliers who make and ship your items. They receive your artwork, order details and shipping information. We also send artwork to outside art services to vectorize designs, prepare AI-generated artwork for printing, and digitize designs for embroidery.
- Shipping carriers: UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL and shipping software receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your order.
- Shopify and our order system: our store runs on Shopify and connects to DecoNetwork, which we use to manage quotes, artwork approvals and orders. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments.
- Service providers: companies that help us with email and text messaging, analytics, advertising, live chat and bookkeeping.
- Group and fundraiser stores: if you buy through a store we run for a school, team or organization, we do not share your personal information with that organization, except order records it may need to audit its own store.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers or others.
- Business changes: if our business is sold or merged, your information may be transferred to the new owner.
Our service providers may only use your information to provide services to us.
Cookies, pixels and analytics
We use cookies and similar tools to keep the site working, remember your cart, understand how visitors use our site, and show you our ads on other sites.
- Shopify cookies: needed for the store, cart and checkout to work.
- Google Analytics and Google Ads: help us measure site traffic and ad results.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram): helps us measure ads and show our ads to people who visited our site.

Search Atlas: helps us improve how our site appears in search engines and AI answer tools. It may collect information about how visitors use our pages.
Some state laws may treat this kind of ad tracking as "sharing" or "targeted advertising." You can opt out at any time:

- Change your ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where our store settings support it. Blocking cookies may stop some parts of the site from working.
Email and text messages
We send marketing emails and texts only to people who sign up for them. Order updates, such as proofs, invoices and tracking, are sent even if you do not sign up for marketing.
Email: you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email.
Text messages (SMS): by opting in, you agree to receive recurring marketing texts from Inkas Promo at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
We do not sell or share your phone number or text opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Your artwork and photos
Your logos and designs belong to you. We use them only to quote, proof, produce and reorder your items.
We will not post your logo, artwork or photos of your finished order on our website or social media unless you give us permission first.
How we use artificial intelligence (AI)
We use AI tools in a few limited ways to help us serve you faster.
- Print-ready artwork: if you or your designer send us print-ready art files, we do not upload them into any AI tool.
- Image enhancement: if an image is too low-resolution to print well, we may use an AI tool to improve its quality for printing.
- Emails and chat: we use AI tools to help us read and draft replies to emails and chat messages. This means your messages may be processed by an AI service provider.
If you do not want AI used on your artwork or messages, tell us and we will handle your order without it.
How long we keep your information
We keep your account, artwork and order history so you can reorder without starting over. We delete it when you ask, except for records we must keep for tax, accounting or legal reasons.
How we protect your information
We use trusted platforms with security protections, and we limit access to people who need it to do their jobs. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee complete security.
Children
Our site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Students may order through school or team stores, but a parent, guardian or the organization should handle payment. If you believe a child under 13 sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your state, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have about you and get a copy.
- Correct information that is wrong.
- Delete your information.
- Opt out of targeted advertising and marketing messages.
We offer these choices to all our customers, wherever you live in the U.S. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity first. We will respond within 45 days. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond to your appeal within 60 days. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
